We’re about partnership.
This Is About Humanity works with frontline humanitarian organizations at the border to directly support asylum seekers.
ImmDef is fighting back every day against the immigration system's campaign of cruelty against migrants at the border with a focus on assisting children and families.
Access to an attorney for all immigrants involved in deportation proceedings is the first step that we must take to ensure fairness in U.S. immigration courts. It is their long‐term goal to ensure that no immigrant is forced to go to court alone.
Tijuana Sin Hambre is a volunteer driven, nonprofit organization eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treating of malnutrition. They prepare more than 3,500 meals that they deliver to 33 shelters. That is more than 1 million meals per year!
Yes We Can World Foundation believes every child has the right to a quality education regardless of their location, legal status, or economic status.
They believe in the incredible potential of every child and look to provide access to bilingual education and safe spaces wherever children are in need. Yes We Can Schools On Wheels Bus program is the first bilingual educational program for migrant children at the US-Mexico Border.
Family Shelters
Over the past several years thousands of migrants and asylum-seekers have been welcomed to our partner family shelters, with a significant increase in women and children/families.

LGBTQ+ Shelter
We’ve partnered with Tijuana’s first - and one of the only - shelters serving LGBTQ+ asylum seekers at the U.S./Mexico border. This shelter looks after this at-risk community, ensuring their safety and well-being by providing a roof over their heads, clothing, combating substance abuse through the 12-step program, and providing individual and group therapy.
